RP with Tim

Kon ripped through the house shoving mess into cabinets and under the bed. He knew Tim would give him that tense, disapproving look if he didn't make it look like he at least made an effort to be something approaching clean, and he didn't have much time. Luckily he was fast. Not as fast as Bart, maybe, but enough that the house didn't look like quite as much of a pigsty as it sometimes did.

Now all he had to do was wait for Tim to show up in his nifty Batplane.

Kon drummed his fingers impatiently. Maybe he could have cleaned more carefully. Now he was just bored.

"You'll beat me if I don't use any powers," Kon said. "You've got Batskis with jet packs."

"Don't be ridiculous," Tim replied, laughing. "I do not have jet packs!"

Kon grinned. "You'll probably still beat me if I don't use powers," he said. "But okay, sure."

Tim raised an eyebrow. "Don't be so sure. I'm a Gotham boy, remember? City, through and through. I'm not nearly as awesome at this kind of thing as people expect me to be."

"You went skiing with Bart. He said you were pretty good." Kon dropped his skiis on the ground and stepped into them. "Ready?" he asked.

Tim shrugged. "I guess I'm not bad." He stepped into his own skis and shifted his weight a little, making sure they were secure. "Ready when you are."

"Okay," Kon said. He pushed off with his poles. "Go!"

"See you at the bottom!" Tim called, leaning forward on his skis and making himself generally as small as possible to decrease wind resistance.

Kon grinned and leaned forward. He had more weight, which he hoped would help, but he didn't really care who won. It was just fun.
