Kon laughed. "You can do that if the waiter spills on us." He hailed a waiter who was watching the two of them impassively. "Buongiorno, Senor Giuseppe!"

"Your Italian has gotten even worse than last time you came here, Superboy," Giuseppe said in perfect English. "I'd heard you were dead."

"Yeah, long story," Kon said. "Could I get a table for two?"

Giuseppe nodded and walked inside, gesturing to them to follow.
