Yeah, I do. There were sun lamps in my ship so I was all powered up when I landed in Gotham Harbor. That was a hell of a surprise, let me tell you.

[Family. Such a weird concept. Probably it shouldn't be, but he's had a weird life. Besides his friends be them Titans or Young Justice, there haven't been that many people who he considered family. Being related by blood certainly has never qualified someone.

Kara thinks it does. Kon still isn't sure. But he's starting to feel like maybe he can be convinced.]

[Better compared to Kal than to Lex.]

It's not right. We're related to him, but we're not him. People should judge us on our own merits and not their idealized version of Kal.

[ ... she's not a little bitter about this at all. ]

[Easy for her to say. She wasn't literally made to replace him. No one judges Kon based off an idealized version of Kal like Kon does.]

"Why the World Doesn't Need Supergirl". Between that and--some other stuff that happened [ cough war of the supermen cough ] People aren't always the most fond of me. Being with the League helped some, but. [ things like that are hard to shake. especially when they happen when you're eighteen/nineteen and feeling lost. ]

Cat Grant's total tabloid junk though, right? Why would anyone listen to her? And man, you can't have made half the mistakes I made when I was getting started. Among other things, you clearly don't have the fade cut.

[He'll fight anyone over the leather jacket, though.]
