Try running the attached programs. They're the ones I made for Dinah (who is significantly worse with computers than you are) and should slow Tim up for at least ten minutes, assuming your password isn't ludicrously obvious. But even Batman's systems aren't unhackable.
Of course if you want something to be actually private, there's something called a pen and paper you could use. (Or just a computer not connected to the internet, but that's a bit of a waste).
On the other hand, I only read this because it was locked. Start using security all of a sudden and people are going to notice.
